We also recognize that machinery, no matter how well built does break down and with that in mind, Specialty Health Products, are here to keep you going.

In the event of a breakdown why not take advantage of our “loaner program”, we will let you have the use of a Hydro San plus (dependant on availability) at no charge, you pay only the shipping of the ‘loaner to you, the shipping of your device back to us, return shipping of your repaired device and finally the return of the loaner to us here in Arizona. When your device is received we will assess the repairs required and notify you of them and costs and repair timeframe. When complete you will have a fully working device, as good as a new Hydro San plus
